Our policy is to have happy satisfied customers. If the product is unsuitable contact us as quickly as possible. Any unused product can be returned. Please be sure you want to keep a form before you use the tapes or apply an attachable form.

When you contact us we will issue you a RA number and will advise where to return the forms.

Shipping is Free within United States and Canada on orders of $15.00 and over. On smaller orders, there will be a $3.00 shipping and handling charge.

Shipping is by mail or courier, plain-wrap unless other arrangements are requested. However, note that couriers will not deliver to post office boxes. Delivery is typically 7 working days after receipt of your order. We ship our products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Best of all we pay the shipping charges within the United States and Canada! We will notify you of shipping delays.
