These forms can be worn two ways.

• Smaller Girls: Wear the form with the tail of the forms going up the chest. This works best for smaller sizes - up to size 6 or 7. For larger sizes you may find some bras will not fit the tail of the form UP your chest.
• Larger Girls: For girls who need breasts that are broader without too much projection, but more width. Wear this breast form with the tail towards the underarm. This works very well for girls who are heavier. For girls who want more projection, check out the Big Girls breast forms. They have a shorter tail and fit regular bras.
